Products & pricing

We work in limited runs, so styles, sizes, and stock change often and may sell out. We do our best to show accurate colors, descriptions, and prices, but we can’t guarantee your screen displays color exactly. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or a payment can’t be verified. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund that order in full.

Exchanges

Purchases are covered by our Exchange Policy (exchanges only, within 30 days). Please read it before buying.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photography, and content on this site are owned by Raised By Latinos or our collaborating artists and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raised By Latinos is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
