Return & Exchange Policy

If it doesn’t fit or it isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or swap it. Every RBL piece is made in limited runs, so please send it back the way it arrived.

The basics

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with any original tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size or a different item (pay the difference if the new item costs more; we refund the difference if it costs less).
• Returns are refunded to the original payment method once the item is back with us and checked, usually within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You cover the cost of shipping an item back to us; on an exchange we cover shipping the new item out to you within Canada and the US.

How to start a return or exchange

Email info@raisedbylatinos.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or a different size or item. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
