Payment, Shipping & Returns
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — processed securely at checkout. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Orders ship from Toronto within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 1–2 weeks in Canada & the USA and 2–4 weeks internationally. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
Flat rates in USD: Canada $20, USA $25, and supported international destinations $30. The rate is shown on every product page and again at checkout — no surprises.
Yes — we ship to supported international destinations, including Australia, from Toronto. Any import duties or taxes are calculated at checkout where available; otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Yes. Every core piece runs XS to 4XL off the rack, and 5XL and 6XL are made to order through a partner factory. Made-to-order sizes ship a little later (allow an extra 2–3 weeks) and the fabric weight may vary slightly. Same artwork, same print, same familia. Need a size you don’t see? Email us and we’ll sort it.
You have 30 days from delivery to return for a refund or exchange any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Returns are refunded to your original payment method; exchanges are for another size or item. You cover the return shipping. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
