Exchange Policy

Every RBL piece is made in limited runs. Because of that, we offer exchanges only — no refunds — so we can keep pieces moving to the people who want them.

The basics

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with any original tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size or a different item of equal value (pay the difference if the new item costs more).
• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You cover the cost of shipping an item back to us; we cover shipping the exchanged item out to you within Canada and the US.

How to start an exchange

Email info@raisedbylatinos.com with your order number and the size or item you’d like instead. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
