Shipping
Ships from Toronto in 1–3 business days. Canada & USA arrive in 1–2 weeks, international in 2–4 weeks. Shipping is USD $20 to Canada, USD $25 to the USA and from USD $30 everywhere else. Sizes 5XL and 6XL are made to order and ship 2–3 weeks later. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer Cost of shipping back will be customer responsibility.
