“We have always had a strong desire to help those in need, more specifically children and their families.  With a growing urge to give back, we decided to wait no longer. Our search began to partner with an organization that made a visible difference in the lives of those in need and that suited our company core values.  Much to our surprise, the search ended pretty quickly because we realized that the answer was sitting in front of us the entire time “Compassion Canada”.

“As one of the world’s leading child development organizations”, Compassion works hard to end poverty in the lives of children and their families.  “Today, two million children are discovering lives full of promise and purpose as they develop in all the different aspects of their lives”.

Raised by Latinos primary focus will be to help those in need in Latin American countries.

“This ministry focuses on helping rescue mom’s and their babies from desperate poverty, providing food for malnourished children, teaching moms how to take care of their children and preparing them to take their first steps toward a life of promise and purpose—all through the local church”.

“Of the 5.9 million children who die around the world each year, 75 per cent die in the first year of life. Babies are at risk of death due to premature birth complications, complications during childbirth, infections, pneumonia and diarrhea. But this is preventable. With training and support, moms in poverty can be empowered to raise healthy and happy babies”.

For every garment sold we will donate a percentage of the profits to the moms and babies ministry.  Raised by Latinos promises to provide at least 1  to 5 days of funding regardless of sales and as Raised by Latinos grows our contributions to help those in need will also grow.
